If you watch Gruden's post game conference it's clear he's pissed with the defense. In my mind, that gives me hope because I know he's a smart guy and will either A) Get Hazlet fired up and get him coaching how he needs to, or B) Fire him and replace him with competent staff.

This game looked exactly like I expected. RG3 is rusty and our team still isn't very good. I'll admit the raw talent we have is probably the only thing keeping us in the game, but we need to remember this is Gruden's FIRST year. Give him at least 3 to really get "his" guys and players and personnel and then grade him.

I believe in Gruden. It just takes time.
