Has it been confirmed Dan Snyder / Bruce Allen force Jay to play RG3?

My biggest issue with the team is the defense. When the defense plays well, we usually win. When the defense gives up 29 to the Vikings, we lose. How do we give us 29 to the Vikings?

RG3 has his issues, but every young QB does.
