Is it possible that Gruden, Bruce, and Danny are on the same page?

I just don't see how Gruden could expect to come into this (or any) head coach position and be able to scrap the expected franchise QB in the first year.

I mean we've heard reports that, he wanted to start Cousins at the beginning of the season, and he wanted to start McCoy last week, but maybe he simply was saying that his opinion is that they provided the best chance of winning right now, and that RG3 had a long way to develop. Does that mean he thought that is what they should be doing? Does it mean that he is in disagreement with the FO? I sure hope not, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but . . . If he is, then I think I would have to side with Danny and Bruce on this one. I'm for the long term success of the team, and clearly RG3 is right now the best shot we have at a franchise QB. He has to play to develop.
