We know RG3 has a ton of issues, Jay Gruden needs to fix them period.
Fans tend to cherry pick when the problem is the player's fault (RG3) or the coaches (Haslett).
To me, both Jay Gruden and RG3 have 6 games to get things right to save their jobs.
