Snyder has shown pretty remarkable restraint. You hear other owners/franchises leak when a coach is failing as Gruden has to put them on notice, but nothing from Snyder. He's stayed totally professional.
These last four games should tell the story. The next game is a must win, the Rams. If Gruden continues to field an unprepared team/offense that can't put more than 2 quarters of pro football together, nobody should blame Snyder for finding another HC after the season. Why? Because solid HC's are found every damn season, even by historically bad franchises.
Hopefully we destroy the Rams!! Even though we're out of the playoffs I feel like this is the most important game of the season.
