I think a good humbling experience can be great for people. He was drafted partially on his high character and being coachable so based on that, Im not ready to give up on him.
The bottomline for me will be not winning the job coming into next season. No sense in trading him, you wont get anything for him.

I want him to stay and believe he has so much untapped potential, but he's had back to back coaches who have basically shown no faith in him.
