I think if you truly look at Gruden's body of work as the a head coach of the Redskins you will quickly realize this men is incompetent. Usually all the dirt comes out after somebody's fire, for example Zorn not practicing situational plays and I think we will be just as appalled when Gruden's dirt comes to light.

Im glad that throughout the history of the NFL that all the decision makers weren't as blind to extenuating circumstances, or as hasty as you. It would have been a shame to have had so many good players and coaches cut or fired before their time.
I have no idea what Gruden will do next year, but I do know that the offense in Cincy is mediocre at best since he left . I do know that there are probably no coaches in the NFL today that would have more than 5 wins on this team today.
