He already has him on staff in AJ Smith. AJ needs to pick the players and then Bruce needs to negotiate the contracts and be the buffer for Snyder.
Gruden needs to be traded to the Raiders or another team, he is just not a fit for this atmosphere. It would workout better for all parties involved if they let another team take on that pay check.
