As much new blood as possible will be beneficial. New coaching alone is not going to solve this problem. Chris Foerster, thanks for your time, now here's the door.

It is ridiculous to me that three third round OL haven't been able to break into the starting lineup.

Any free agent signing should be a guy who is 27 or younger. I personally think they should target trading down once to add an additional pick this year in the first three rounds. IMO, unless they are dead set on Scherff or Ogbuehi, trading down makes the most sense. The only way to "win" at the draft, is to have as many picks as possible.
