You can't
expect a 3rd round rookie to win a starting job in his first season. It's just not reasonable. Even some high-first round linemen have to sit a while before they start. I think Moses has been solid enough in limited action that as long as he recovers in time, he can compete for the job. Nobody's penciling him in as the starter. That would be foolish... as foolish as writing him off as a career backup at this point.
