According sprotac.com his 7 year, $126.7 million contract has
$54 million guaranteed. Averaging about $18 per year. Team cap space is $140 million, so this would mean Cutler is about 13% of team salary, sitting on the bench.
Any Skins fan who wants a piece of this guy and his contract is completely out of his/her mind.
