lol not so much that Gaffney was a bust. I liked Gaffney, but there was no way he should've been our #1 back when he was playing. He was slow and had we had a true #1 receiver that year, would've been playing #3 or #4 in the depth chart.
Roberts reminds me of that, because he too is somewhat slow (getting caught from behind by Rodgers-Cromartie in the Giants game), his hands are a little suspect and came in here wanting to be a #1 or at least a #2 but obviously doesn't deserve that.
That said, I guess we COULD be doing worse.
