I don't know what "real GM" or "competent GM" necessarily means. I just know that the Team President and Team GM shouldn't be the same person. It's just too much for one person

So yeah they should resolve

As, if not more, important in my opinion is solving the QB issue. Trade RG3, trade Kirk, whatever. I just think they need to decide once and for all who they're going with moving forward
