Re: What is the MOST important off-season change?

^ I agree, a QB coach that can focus on mechanics, go through read progression, etc. is important. Zorn made the same mistake about the QB coach thing. As the head coach you are like the CEO setting the overall strategy, you need the manage all parts. You don't have the time to focus on one position.

My dream scenario:
1. AJ Smith moves to head of scouting department VP. Fire Scott Campbell and steal Dan Morgan to be take Scott's old position. Bruce still in president role because he is a good buffer for Dan Snyder.

2. Fire Haz. spend a boat load of money to hire Kirby Smart, Ken Norton Jr., Mike Singletary, Wade Phillips, or Jim Mora Jr to be assistant HC-DC.

3. Hire a QB Coach.

4. Trade Kirk Cousins- We committed to RG3 the day we drafted him and paid a kings ransom. Gruden was hired to develop Robert. We need to commit to him and focus on making him grow as a NFL QB.

5. Build through the draft by focusing on players with a track record of success.
