And there does seriously need to be a change in whoever evaluates talent in both free agency and the draft on this football team. That much is glaringly obvious and has been for years. Without change there then we are going to be waiting a long time for any success on the field.
Firing Haslett and Raheem are necessary too but any new defensive coaches need decent pieces to shift around.
