I don't think you know who is on the staff of NFL teams. Dophins tried and currently maintain a relationship with Dan Marino. Remind me who is Denver's GM? I wonder what Deuce Staley is doing right now... oh yeah, he coaches for the Eagles. Mike Munchchak went from player up over time to head coach for the same franchise in the Titans. Look up what Joey Porter is doing right now.
As pointed out by SF, Russ Grimm has gotten to the Superbowl with the Cardinals and won a Superbowl with the Steelers. He developed Chris Samuels and Jon Jansen as a coach on the Redskins staff. (the last time we had a decent line). Please do your research before you make off base statements.
