Yeah Kirk has had the INT issue going back to college. Not sure why people think he's suddenly going to clean that up, he was kind of a mess this year with the picks and it destroyed his confidence.
I think I'm in the camp of saying we have no true franchise QB. Maybe a guy we can be competitive with by having a strong enough supporting cast but probably not a game changer.
