The Mueller report on the ray Rice investigation just got released. the NFL as an organization is just odd to me at this point. they seem to act late and then over-react.

why even have an investigation in the first place? if it was done to appease fans and to dispel the appearance of incompetence .... why choose a person with heavy prior involvement repping the NFL and has ties to ravens pres Cass?
