He can't even coach the DB's. It's one thing that we lack talent at DB but quite another that so many of them didn't seem to have a clue about their assignments. I'd be much more likely to fire him than to promote him after the way our DB's performed last season.
The Skins need to keep moving in the right direction by hiring the right people.
