Per Michael C. Wright (Bears/NFL reporter for ESPN): Heard Fangio wanted to bring Donatell to Redskins, but they wanted to keep Raheem Morris... hence Chicago.

We missed out on Fangio because of Raheem!?!!?! All I can say is.... WOW!! Come on man!!!
