But, I believe that sometimes certain individuals, together, turn out to be a lot more successful than if they are spread out across other coaching staffs. What I mean is, maybe these guys will all click together on Gruden's coaching staff where as they don't share that same chemistry on other coaching staffs? Who knows? I just want this team to win.
