Chances are that he really doesn't know how to coach someone without blazing speed. It's journeymen that learned a position the hard way that tend to make better coaches than the freaks of nature for whom all this stuff came easy...
And there is no indication todate that DG would want to be a coach or has the personality to be a coach.
