There are 9 million reasons to let Garcon go. Face facts this is a RE-BUILD, let him go and have that money to pay short term defensive help where there are talent gaps. if Garcon is here or not - this is a 8 win team at best. They are at least 2 yrs. away from contending, in any configuration you want to suggest. Blow it up and start fresh.
