The culture in Redskins Park seems to have been toxic ever since Snyder bought the team. Firing Casserly and then later Schottenheimer for Cerrato early on. Reports that Gibbs did a great job "managing" Snyder when he came back. I don't blame Shanny one bit for throwing some mud back at the Redskins franchise.
