I really like most of these potential free agent acquisitions (or similar), as they are mostly middle tier guys who are young and have potential to get better. Beyond drafting well, this is something that our front office really needs to improve upon. I'm hoping and praying that our new GM follows this approach and brings sanity back to the organization.
