I just don't think the QB position is getting "fixed" this year. IMHO - Scot McC is seeing what JG can do with the materials at hand. If he makes progress, he gets another year and maybe a new QB (or maybe the QB position is resolved with the materials at hand). If no progress, despite all the other upgrades, then out goes JG and in comes Scot McC's coach (whomever that may be).

Again, no quick fixes but rather patience and seeking a long term solution at all levels. Fan base is going to need to make some attitude adjustments on how to judge progress.
