Bumping this comment from last week. If we go with our three headed QB rotation next year, really hope we can focus on getting some protection for our QBs. Our QB/OL are part of problem but I'm just tired of watching the TE/RB completely flail on blocks. Every QB gets better w good protection.
There's tons of time left to fix things, but
Gruden's talk about going with Chris Thompson as our 3rd down RB -- will kill our protection. Niles/Reed just can't pass protect. And
relying on Moses coming back magically from a Lisfranc - is risky.
Ideal scenario would be to draft OL in middle rounds to develop, bring in 1-2 year FA vet RT to help Moses, and draft or get FA blocking TE/RB somewhere. Plenty of time for these moves.
