In this part of town they're relentless about it. You can't illegally park...anywhere. But it never occured to me berate someone like that. To me that's a character flaw. I paid the fine and one of the tow guys jumped my car. Not a big deal. The person behind the counter had nothing to do with her getting towed. She's embarrassed herself and looks like a upity, classless bitch.
