McC can't afford to spend a lot of resources on drafting a top QB or trading for a veteran...this year. Instead, he's building other important areas of the team and seeing for himself how RG3 will do this year.
If RG3 can't make it happen this upcoming season, then next offseason the team will be in better shape to help develop a new/young QB.
