That much is pretty much guaranteed. So with that in mind, the days of him having to actually earn that position is what is either going to humble him or cause him to fold like a cheap tent. Yeah, that was the explanation of his failures last year that kept coming up. I have not heard anything about what kind of work he was doing to improve in that way this year. Does anyone know or is there any reason to believe he has taken any of that criticism to heart, or made attempts to address that area of his skill set?
