Phillip Rivers would be talked about with those guys....IF....he was on a consistently good team. Brees as I already mentioned got off to a terrible terrible start to his career. Than he got playmakers around him and boom. Eli is a great example. Give him an all worls defense a good oline a good rb and wr's he wins rings. Take it away he is an instant game manager. If not for odb making miraculous one armed catches on poorly thrown balls and Eli would not be jack. Had Russel Wilson been drafted by the Browns or Redskins he might be backing someone up rite now.
