DC will want it but the cost is going to be prohibitive unless Danny can finagle a deal to sell FedEx for a mint and just pay for the the land and building himself. Also DC is not likely to sell the RFK site to him I wouldn't think. That's really the only viable site in DC proper.
Maryland seems out of it. No decent options with proper metro access and they don't seem terribly keen, at least publicly. They have the luxury of already having a team in state so losing one wouldn't be catastrophic.
Of course all of this is the situation now. It could all change in just a few years so we'll see.

Va seems to make sense, since training camp and the training facility is in Va. But again, it comes down to location. Just can't really think of anywhere in Va that would make sense, or anywhere where there is enough land and is near public transportation.
