Joe Gibbs is the kind of old school Coach who is too proud to yell at his players in public. He's the kind of parent who wait until you get home and tear your ass up after disobeying him. Don't let his calm presence fool you. Joe Theismann has said on repeated occassions that Joe Gibbs will tell you off behind closed doors. He doesn' believe in airing out his grievances in public. I respect that in this day and time.
