well, this is from memory, but:

some others i'm sure. you do need something like a 90% hit rate on big money FAs to make sure you're not actively hurting your team's average talent year over year, and no one really hits that. honestly a lot of the best FA moves are the ones you don't make. switching systems and team mates can really throw the communication and knowledge of a person's fit in the scheme into the gutter. some guys have a lot more trouble figuring out their new role than others, which is part of the risk.
our worst two, AH and AA, were both player that were asked to do things they never showed that they were good at (4-3 pass rushing DE that wants money -> run stopping NT that cares about football, and slow in the box SS -> centerfield coverage guy).
