Yeah, it's obvious he's talented if McC/Gruden want to lock him down multi-year but the whole "firing his agent because he wants a one year prove it deal" screams that he's not interested in a long term career here. Oh well. Plus his past issues have me semi-convinced he's probably not a good person off the field.
