Saying, "I've put myself in the doghouse somehow," Washington Redskins linebacker LaVar Arrington has no idea why he's not playing and vehemently disagreed with defensive coordinator Gregg Williams's assertion last week that players who want to be on the field Sunday "have to do it in practice."
