My reason for mentioning the combine performance was to explain why myself and some others think his timed speed isn't the issue it appears to be based on the numbers posted at the combine which are a reference point for many fans.
TLDR-Su'a is faster then his posted 40 time because he was carry about ~10lbs over his natural weight
