All they said was he needed to show improvement in practice. Lots of guys move up the depth chart by only a getting a few reps in practice and doing the max they can with them. The coaches don't stop watching when the 3rd and 4th stringers are getting reps. They're watching to see who is doing what.

Who knows who is lying and who isn't. LaVar says hes practicing as much as hes playing, which is not at all. His jersey looked pretty clean after the game sunday. If you dont practice, you can't prove anything.
