Layered:
Sauer kraft on bottom (16oz), then corned beef (1 lb cut into strips), then a layer of shredded Swiss (2 cups), layer of 2/3 c thousand island mixed with 1/3 c mayo over the cheese. I toasted the bread in the oven and cut into 2"x1" rectangles and drizzled evoo to keep em moist. Crock pot on high for 2 or 2 and a half hours...
Then I mixed it all together before putting it my Tupperware.
