Cooley said that the NFL did not have all the review cameras for the London game that they do for regular games in the States. He also said they didnt have a camera angle to review if Jordan Reed got a 1st down with 29 seconds left in the first half. The Refs ruled Reed down at the Cincy 38 yard line, 1 yard short of the 1st down. They then called for a booth review with 13 seconds left. I assume at this point they looked and couldnt find a camera angle so the call stood.
If they did have all the cameras, they would have had a camera angle to review and we would have had 1st down with 13 seconds to go at the Cincy 37 yard line with 2 timeouts left. Enough time to pick up 5 yards and make the FG attempt a 50 yarder vs a 55 yarder. (Assuming Reed did get the 1st down after review, idk).

Also, re time outs. I am a firm believer that in the 2nd half you save those as best as possible for a potential last min drive to tie or win. But in the first half, why isnt Gruden calling them to save us from a delay of game? I know we had at least 1 delay of game called in the 1st half and we went into the locker room at half time with 2 unused time outs.
