Never said I want us to get rid of Kirk. He is the sole reason we got this far, but if he breaks the team's bank for staying, what good will it do keeping him? The D needs just about a complete overhaul, half the o linemen are really backups, same with most of our Dbs. If Scott really works some magic we can have a solid team in 2 more seasons, and if he can't work that fast, Kirk will be finishing his next contract out before a proper team is built.
