Maybe he does coach until he's 75, which would give you about 6 years. I would say in all likelihood, he's probably with ya for about 4 years. So, maybe in those four years, he works with a guy like Greg Manusky (or whoever Phillips hires to be on his staff) to basically be his padawan so that when his career is over, the new coach is ready to move up and continue on.
