I am in the camp that thinks we should extend Gruden. I realize he still has clock management issues, but he is definitely growing in the role.
I really believe if we had done more for the defense last off season (FA
or Draft), we could have managed another year of playoffs.
Win or Lose, we are in just about every game and it wasn't always that way.
So, if we improve the defense (it won't be hard compared to last year) and improve the run game a bit, I think we start winning more of those close ones and actually compete with the big boys.
