The words you typed are not what's being said. What's being said stems from Silver's speculation that he thinks Cousins will be in SF this year or next.
He did not say a trade would happen in the next few weeks.
Provide the link. Like all of us, I'm googling the crap out of Cousins constantly, and I don't see what you typed.
