In regards to the power struggle...mike Robinson (nfl and McC friend)said the first sign of struggle was Scott told him was he wasn't allowed to bring his own guys in when but during the hiring process he was told he would be allowed. Also it was made clear during the hiring process he would have entire final say over the roster, no questions asked. He actually never did. Lastly, in the redskins building there was clear lines drawn who could be trusted and who couldn't meaning(leaks, people reporting gossip back to Bruce/dan. ) and this went beyond typical NFL working organization.

My thoughts are that any front office football guy would be crazy to come here since DS & Co. have proven over and over that you cant believe a word they say and in the end they will never turn over control of picking players to someone else.
