Logan is very good against the run and in my opinion would be the best of the then-three linemen we acquired. And it would genuinely hurt the Eagles. Fletcher Cox is a great player, but the presence of Logan on that line ensures that offensive lines can't just double team Cox all day. If Logan leaves, now they can, and Cox's life gets way harder. Beau Allen is not a good replacement for Bennie Logan.

Sounds like Logan was expecting a better market. Fine give him one year like we did with Pryor. I love the prove it deal, nothing keeps a player hungry quite like a free agent feeding frenzy.

Hankins would be a good consolation prize.
