could, in theory, but nobody's going to give up significant trade compensation for a player unless they would be willing to sign a long term deal.
There's this silly notion that maybe the Browns would trade for him and then tag him next year. Ridiculous. Why would they pay to take on a headache like that?
He's not getting traded.
