While I'm very confident a long term deal will get done this offseason (like VERY confident : KC's last comment, Pryor's signing, Gruden's extention, exclusive tag... The rest is either rumor or strategical leak), I don't see it happening before July 14th.

A lot of money involved, both side will want to use all the Time they can to negotiate.
