Who in the fuck is running the draft? Bruce doesn't watch tape and we have no gm. Jay is a head coach.. that means, he should not be running it.
Scott Campbell is my hope, but who really knows at this point. I hope McC's ability to scout talent rubbed off on Campbell.
From what I've seen in free agency, we still got a lot of work to do. Pass rusher, dline, corner, ilb...we must add additional bodies there.
On Offense: WR, RB and interior online are all must adds.
Long way to go...adding a gm might be a good idea. Probably need to get on that soon, especially since the move to Fire McC has been in the works since before the combine. Probably should have had a plan to replace him. Looks like that's too much to ask.

You don't add a GM now and expect them to follow the previous GMs board, and it's too late to add one and create a new board. Jay Doug Williams and Bruce will oversee the draft based on what the scouts did throughout the year. With ten picks they have plenty of opportunities to do good things.
