I actually think the Browns did the right thing this year. They waited for a QB that they didn't have to reach for. Where the Texans and Bears took too much risk, as did the Rams last year. These teams that are hard up for a QB fall into the same trap that Snyder did.

I think 1st thing you need to do, especially when moving up in the first round...everyone needs to be on the same page within the organization...Coach, GM, OC....RG3 was a Bruce/Dan pick...SHanny and lil shanny jr didn't want him.
Now you hear the samething from the Bears organization...John Fox had no clue about the move up and didn't want trubisky after the Glennon signing.
Apparently the GM Pace believes Trubisky skill set is that of Luck.
